A longer pattern with some ratio suits a straight game. Play up the boards with good speed and let the deep breakpoint give you a clean read. Keep the ball in front of you.
Play a controlled angle and let the breakpoint come down the lane. Make small moves inward, and play tighter on the lower-volume versions.
Get the ball down 45 feet before you look for your swing. The V2 gives some room, but the lower-volume versions are flatter, so keep your speed up and avoid rolling out.
Route 66 plays medium on the V2 and harder on the lower-volume versions. The 45-foot length is demanding, but the moderate ratio gives a workable look if you play in front of you.
